Life (After the Death of Me) is a work in progress! This group is for all the moms out there looking for a different kind of support group. We are going to explore the invisible mental and emotional loads we carry, the unspoken expectations put on us, and how to navigate all the challenges while getting some resources and connection along the way.
Our first book club, “Set Boundaries, Find Peace” by Nedra Tawwab Glover was such a success that we are going to do another round in the Fall. Next book club is in a few weeks and will be “It Didn’t Start With You” by Mark Wolynn.
